Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and KK888 (hereinafter "K888", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the K888 website, mobile platform, and all related services offered therein, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino gaming, electronic gaming machines (slots), and associated promotional activities.

By accessing the KK888 platform, creating an account, making deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account.

These Terms shall be read in conjunction with the K888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Account Eligibility

• You have not previously had a KK888 account suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of KK888 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
• You are not aware of any reason why your participation in online gambling would constitute a violation of any law applicable to you.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each Player may register only one account on the KK888 Platform. The registration process requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. K888 reserves the right to request additional verification information at any time.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory requirement for all Players prior to processing the first withdrawal. The following documents are typically required:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months, bearing your name and residential address.

Terms of Use

By accessing and using the KK888 Platform, you agree to comply with the following conditions of use at all times:

• You will use the Platform exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or syndicated betting activity.
• You will not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security feature, access control mechanism, or technical measure implemented by KK888.

• You acknowledge that K888 records all transactions and may share information with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions where required by law or where fraud is suspected.
• You will not engage in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive toward K888 staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.

Deposits & Withdrawals

K888 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following general conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

6.1 Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods include: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, 7-Eleven Cliq, and USDT TRC20.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The standard minimum deposit is RM30 for most e-wallet methods and RM50 for bank transfers.
• K888 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Players should verify with their payment provider whether any third-party fees apply.
• E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits via DuitNow or FPX typically arrive within 5to 10 minutes.
• K888 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large deposits in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposit and in the same name as the verified K888 account.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts will not receive withdrawal approval.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes for fully verified accounts without pending compliance flags.
• DuitNow and FPX bank withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes.
• Withdrawal amounts must not be less than the published minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• KK888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds, which may temporarily delay processing.

Bonuses & Promotions

KK888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday rewards, referal bonuses, cashback programmes, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses offered through the Platform:

• All bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms, which include minimum deposit requirements, eligible game types, wagering requirements (rollover), validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winings.
• Wagering requirements on promotional bonuses range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the specific offer. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless otherwise specified in the promotional terms.
• K888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account at the time of cancellation will be honoured subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of system errors — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account suspended pending investigation.

• Using the Platform to launder money, facilitate payment fraud, conduct unauthorised payment processing, or engage in any activity in violation of applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's source code, databases, APIs, or backend systems without express written authorisation from KK888.

Intellectual Property

All content published on or accessible through the K888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of KK888 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the K888 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, displayed, published, adapted, or commercially exploited in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of KK888. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KK888 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform.

• Errors in betting odds, game payouts, or bonus calculations resulting from third-party data feed failures, provided K888 acts promptly to correct such errors upon discovery.
• Any tax liability or reporting obligation arising from gambling winings, which remain solely the responsibility of the Player under laws of their jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit KK888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by KK888's negligence to the extent such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Account Termination

K888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Failure to meet the 21+ age eligibility requirement upon verification.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a responsible gambling referal from a third-party support organisation.
• Regulatory instruction or order from a competent authority.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting KK888 customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any outstanding balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and clearance of any wagering obligations on bonus funds.

Amendments to Terms

K888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of a dispute between a Player and KK888, the Player is encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. K888 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and to resolve the matter within thirty (30) days where possible.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to the applicable gaming regulatory authority as indicated in K888's licensing documentation.
